Terms of Service

» Characters
→ No matter how many extra characters you add, the extra character fee is always the same.
→ I do NOT draw more than 5 characters in a single illustration.» Extra Cost
→ Complex backgrounds have an extra fee depending on the level of detail.
→ Simple/abstract backgrounds are free (solid colors, color patterns, geometric shapes, frames, etc.).
→ Alternates/variants, X-Ray, panels, and similar have an extra fee depending on complexity.

» Payment
→ Payment methods: ARQ / DollarApp (you don't need an account to make the payment). If you are from Mexico, I also accept BBVA bank transfer.
→ Full payment is required before I start your commission.
→ No refunds once I have started working on your commission.» Process
→ I will send WIPs (Work in Progress) for approval.
→ Major changes are only accepted during the sketch stage.
→ After the artwork is finished, only minor edits are allowed.
→ Major changes requested after the artwork is finished will require an additional fee depending on the complexity.» Usage Rights
→ Commissions are for personal use only.
→ Please do not claim the artwork as your own.
→ All commissions may be posted on my social media, either anonymously or with credit. If you want your commission to remain private, please let me know before payment.
→ I do not use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. It will only be used for my portfolio and commission examples.

FAQ

> Can I commission you if I only have a written description of my character?
Yes, as long as the description is clear enough.> Can you draw in another artist's style?
No. I do not copy or imitate other artists' styles.> What happens if I stop replying?
Your commission will be paused until you reply. If there is no response after one month, your commission will be canceled without a refund.> Do you accept rush commissions?
Yes, but they may have an additional fee.> Can I cancel my commission?
Only before I start working on it. Once I have started, refunds are not available.> Do you have a waiting list?
Yes. If my commission slots are full, you will be added to a waiting list.> How long does a commission take?
I have a job besides art, so commissions usually take up to one month. Full-Shaded commissions may take around 1–1.5 months, while other commission types are usually finished in a few weeks to one month.
